Toastmasterinsurrey.co.uk is hosted by wix.com, and created and owned by Ralph Heijmer. As a sole trader, the person or persons as responsible for data held is the same.
The data that is collected.

Information that you tell me about your wedding / special event.

This could include, but it is not limited to The Bride & Groom, Parents of the Bride & Groom, Ushers and Bridesmaids, and any other friends or family who play a part in your wedding day and or special event. For events that are not weddings, this could including but is not limited to The host, key personnel, speakers and VIP's. The information collected is likely to include names and on occasion telephone numbers of the aforementioned.

This will also include your event itinerary in detail, including plans, timings and itinerary as well as your chosen venue details and suppliers.

What we do with your data
The data we collect may be shared with your chosen venue, people directly assisting you with your Wedding / Event and also the suppliers and their staff working at your Wedding / Event.

We will share your data if we are required to do so by law – for example, by court order, or to prevent fraud or other crime.
How long we keep your data
We will retain your personal data for a maximum of 7 years. We do this In general, this means that we will only hold your personal data for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 7 years.
Children’s privacy protection
Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13. The only exception is where we might collect first names of key personnel such as such as (but not limited to) flower girls, page boys or special VIP persons.
Where your data is processed and stored
We design, build and run our systems to make sure that your data is as safe as possible at any stage, both while it’s processed and when it’s stored.
Your personal data may, throughout the course of its processing at GDS, be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this is the case, all appropriate technical and legal safeguards will be put in place to ensure that you are afforded the same level of protection as within the EEA.
How we protect your process & store your data and keep it secure
I am committed to doing all that I can to keep your data secure. I store all documents and detail in Google's cloud base system We also make sure that any third parties that we deal with keep all personal data they process on our behalf secure. Any documents created outside of Google are created on a password protected Apple MacBook.
Your rights
You have the right to request:

that anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately

raise an objection about how your personal data is processed

request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer a justification for it
